Jahanvi Mahajan bagged 2nd position by getting 381/400 marks, Km. Sabreen Khatun bagged 3rd position by getting 374/400 in First Semester, Km. Shweta bagged 1st position by getting 535/550, Km. Krishika Chauhan secured 3rd position in Third Semester by getting 525/550 and Km. Teena bagged 3rd position in Fifth Semester by getting 579/600 marks. PG Department of Multimedia of HMV organized a visit to Machinex – 2022

The Multimedia Club of PG Department of Multimedia organized a visit to Machinex – 2021 for the students of B. Design (Multimedia), B. Vocational & M. Vocational (Web Tech. & Multimedia). The students had an opportunity to know about the step by step procedure of the working of the printing, impression and cutting machines to be used in industries nowadays Mr. Anil Kumar and Mr. Rakhat Mahajan from Epson and Brother Printing Corporation guided the students about their work procedures, step by step development and the input output processes of the machines by providing me the output in the JPG Format, consuming Colors and making it look realistic with best quality papers. The students got awareness of leading technologies used in the industries that will help them in increasing their employment opportunity. Working of laser cutting and engraving machines were also explained. They also demonstrated the difference and the disadvantages done to the machines between using old components and first copy components. Mr. Ashish Chadha, Head companied the students to the exhibition. Principal, Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen appreciated the efforts of the department and said that it is the aim of the institution to provide latest information to its students in every field. On this occasion Mr. Rishabh Dhir and Mr. Lovelish Chopra were also present.

Poster Making Competition

 

Martyrs’ Day commemorated at HMV

Student Council of Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya, Jalandhar under the inspiration of Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen commemorated the Martyrs’ Day by performing a Nukkad Natak on the life of the great martyrs and earned great appreciation from the spectators. Principal Dr. Ajay Sareen congratulated the Student Council and Multimedia Club for their efforts in showcasing the lives of great freedom fighters. She said that Shaheed Bhagat Singh, Rajguru and Sukhdev sacrificed their lives at tender age for the cause of an Independent India, such passion if displayed and observed by youth of today, will definitely help our country to reach new heights. Digital and handmade Posters and Slogan writing competitions were also organized on the occasion by Student Council and Multimedia Club. Students of Multimedia Club designed and distributed badges to the faculty members.  Ishpreet recited a patriotic poem and students of Music Department added colour to the show by reciting ‘Mera Rang de Basanti Chola.’ Principal Dr. Ajay Sareen, Dr. Seema Marwaha, Dr. Ashmeen Kaur, Mrs. Navroop, Superintendents Mr. Pankaj Jyoti, Mr. Lakhwinder Singh, Mr. Ravi Maini along with all the faculty members lighted candles to pay respect and tribute to the worthy sons of the soil. The event was organized under the guidance of Mrs. Urvashi Mishra, Dean Student Council and Mr. Ashish Chadha, Head of Multimedia Department.
